StandStrong Defender Course - CHICAGO - Winter Program Mon & Wed

Our introductory Defender Course curriculum focuses on skill and confidence-building to address potential conflict scenarios. Participants in the course will learn how to stand up to intimidation tactics, and leverage self-defence to either de-escalate or disengage from the most common threatening environments. This course is the CHICAGO Winter program, taking place on Monday & Wednesday. Open to 6th Grade - 11th Grade
